General Artwork Specifications & Setup Checklist
To ensure a fast turnaround and avoid any delays, please review our standard file setup checklist before sending us your final files:
• Format: We prefer high-resolution, print-ready PDF files. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, and high-res TIFF and JPEG formats.
• Colour Profile: Supply all artwork in CMYK. RGB files will automatically convert, which can cause subtle colour shifts.
• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at full physical size for standard print, 150–300 DPI for large-format banners and signage.
• Bleed & Safe Zone: Include a 3mm bleed on all edges for trimmed products and keep critical text at least 3mm–5mm inside the cut edge.
• Fonts: Please convert all fonts or embed them in your PDF before sending.
